Zinc Kaushal, in partnership with leading skill development organisations, equips rural youth with industry-oriented training that opens doors to jobs and entrepreneurship. By bridging the gap between talent and opportunity, the programme enables young people (especially women) to secure dignified employment.

- New centres & reach: Zinc Kaushal expanded to 7 centres, extending opportunities to more youth across Hindustan Zinc’s locations.
- Industry-ready training: Courses in solar PV, retail, security, and technical trades provided hands-on learning through labs and exposure visits.
- Women’s participation: Three all-women batches trained in retail, office assistance, and security services, ensuring diversity in the workforce.
Career pathways: Placements facilitated across top companies, including Foxconn, TCS, Honda, Rambagh Palace, DMart, and SBI Cards. - Entrepreneurship support: Youth guided to set up self-sustained businesses through handholding and professional mentoring.
- Recognition: Awarded at the district level for excellence in skilling, with appreciation from government representatives and industry partners.
