Training rural youth for a brighter future
Zinc Kaushal, in partnership with leading skill development organisations, equips rural youth with industry-oriented training that opens doors to jobs and entrepreneurship. By bridging the gap between talent and opportunity, the programme enables young people (especially women) to secure dignified employment.

- Building futures: Zinc Kaushal is present in 6 centres, extending opportunities to youth across Hindustan Zinc’s locations.
- Inclusive training: 100% placement for the special batch of deaf and mute trainees of hospitality trade at reputed hotels like Taj Fateh Prakash, Radisson Blu, etc.
- Smart Policing: 24 youth equipped with skills through Smart Policing with Udaipur Police.
- Career pathways: 83% of trained youth secured placements with average salaries increasing by 16%.
- Entrepreneurship support: Youth guided to set up self-sustained businesses through handholding and professional mentoring.
