True reflections of our workforce
Apoorva Sharma
Head - Electrical & Instrumentation, RL Section, Hydro Smelters
I joined Hindustan Zinc as a young graduate with big dreams. What I found here was a clear roadmap to grow not just vertically but holistically. From job rotations to leadership mentoring, every step has challenged me to take on bigger responsibilities. Today, I lead a team driving critical operations, and it feels incredibly rewarding to see how far I’ve come.
This company doesn’t wait for talent to prove itself it nurtures, guides, and accelerates it. My journey is a reflection of what’s possible when an organization truly believes in building future leaders.
