Swasthya Sewa, in partnership with Shri Shubham Seva Sansthan, RNT Medical College and Hospital, addresses the critical health needs of rural communities by strengthening medical infrastructure, ensuring timely access to primary and specialised care, and promoting preventive health practices.

- Mobile health units: 4 units reached 110 villages, covering 2 lakh people, ensuring essential primary healthcare services across operational regions.
- Hospital care: 6 company-run hospitals served 1.33 lakhs beneficiaries, providing comprehensive treatment, consultations, and essential medical support to rural communities.
- Advancing Cardiac Healthcare: Signed MoU to develop modern Cathlab to Vedanta Heart Hospital at RNT Hospital and College at Udaipur.
- Promoting health school initiative: Focused on medical screening and counselling, benefiting 2,000+ students across 48 schools.
- Nutrition awareness sessions: Poshan Maah reached 29 villages, promoting maternal nutrition, anaemia prevention, and child health.
