Mentorship and Leadership Programs
We invest in high-potential talent by mentoring employees and shaping future industry leaders. Each employee is assigned a mentor who guides their growth and enables them to develop new skills and expertise through foreign exposure, cross-functional assignments and special projects, etc. HZL also provides structural leadership development with initiatives like Vedanta Leadership Development Program and V-Connect to help employees with the right opportunities to thrive.
Launched in 2017, VLDP aims to bring in the best-in-class young talent from premier institutes and nurture them to be the future leaders.

Internal Growth Workshop is an initiative inspired by Mr. Navin Agarwal, the Director of Hindustan Zinc Limited and Vice Chairman, Vedanta Limited. It is a platform where top performers present their perspective on the evolving business scenario and wealth creation.
