I joined Hindustan Zinc as a young graduate with big dreams. What I found here was a clear roadmap to grow  not just vertically but holistically. From job rotations to leadership mentoring, every step has challenged me to take on bigger responsibilities. Today, I lead a team driving critical operations, and it feels incredibly rewarding to see how far I’ve come.
