Zinc Football Academy and community sports initiatives develop young athletes through residential training, talent scouting, and competitive exposure. By providing coaching, state-of-the-art facilities, and community integration, youth gain opportunities to excel regionally, nationally, and internationally.

- Talent development: Zinc Football Academy recognised by the Rajasthan Football Association as the Best Academy for Boys and Best Academy for Girls at the Football Excellence Awards 2026.
- Competitive exposure: ZFA emerged as Champions of the Rajasthan League, securing qualification for the 2025-26 I-League 3.
- Community support: Rural communities received equipment for cricket, volleyball, handball, and kabaddi; Community School players participated in state & national competitions.
- Recognition: ZFA awarded 3-star AIFF accreditation.
