Zinc Football Academy and community sports initiatives develop young athletes through residential training, talent scouting, and competitive exposure. By providing coaching, state-of-the-art facilities, and community integration, youth gain opportunities to excel regionally, nationally, and internationally.

- Talent development
Zinc Football Girls Academy launched; U-15 girls’ residential team scouted from Rajasthan & neighbouring states. - Competitive exposure
ZFA fielded U-13, U-15, U-17, and U-20 teams across AIFF leagues, Reliance Foundation Development League, and national tournaments. - Community support
Rural communities received equipment for cricket, volleyball, handball, and kabaddi; Community School players participated in state & national competitions. - Recognition
ZFA awarded 3-star AIFF accreditation and ‘Sports Academy of the Year’ at Sport India Awards 2024.
