Ms. Bakhru specialises in providing strategic advice on restructuring, setting up Trusts and putting in place Family Governance Charters. She is also a frequent speaker at various events hosted by trade bodies such as CII, FICCI, Yi-Fi, TiE, and VIA.

Experience
Ms. Bakhru has over three decades of rich experience spanning diverse sectors, simplifying the global structure and institutionalising a royalty payment system. Presently, she is the partner and leader - family office at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP. She is also on the Board of Filatex India Limited, Gabriel India Limited, Latex India Limited, Neuland Laboratories and Ferro Alloys Corporation Limited. Furthermore, Ms. Bakhru was the group head of taxation at Vedanta for nearly five years and partner and practice leader, tax and regulatory services at Walker Chandoik & Co.
