Dr. Yogesh Attray is a distinguished educationist, researcher, and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the fields of education, administration, social development, and agriculture. He serves as the Chairman of Bhartiya Prashikshan Sansthan, a teacher training institute recognized by NCTE, Government of India, and is also the owner of Attray Organics Farmhouse, engaged in certified organic and hi-tech agriculture initiatives in Rajasthan.

Dr. Attray holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam University, Indore, and MA in Political Science. He has extensive experience in educational administration, research, and community development. He has also been associated with various social welfare initiatives and has served as President of the SC/ST Welfare and Development Society since 1997. His areas of expertise include administration, research, agriculture, and management.
