1. The Company’s CSR policy specifies seven thematic areas strengthening 360-degree engagement in communities and sustaining social licence to operate. The specific project priorities emerge through baseline studies conducted once every three years and constant community engagement and consultations. Projects are designed to effectively address the felt developmental needs in identified villages. We have three modes of delivery in our CSR approach:
  • Through partnerships with civil society and community groups/corporations
  • In-house design and delivery of projects.
  • Sponsorships or one-time grants.

The partnership approach is our preferred route for implementation, with government, NGOs, other companies, multi-lateral agencies, etc
