2021-22

• Hindustan Zinc, only Indian company to be recognized at the S&P Global Platts Metal Award
• Hindustan Zinc bestowed with National CSR Award 2020 award under Category Heritage, Art, and Culture for its CSR project Ajmer Dargah-A Swachh Iconic place under the aegis of Swachh Bharat Mission
• 7 awards to Hindustan Zinc in the 26th Bhamashah Award for contribution in the field of education
• Zinc Kaushal Kendra’s first batch of 13 deaf and mute students graduate with 100% placement: Received Chairman’s award under Innovation category
• Hindustan Zinc’s Khushi Anganwadi Nandghar program was recognized & awarded in the 6th CSR Health impact awards 2022 under the category CSR Health Campaign for its remarkable work in the field of improving health status amongst the children below 6 years of age and women

2020-21

• 26th Bhamashah Award for our 5 units of HZL i.e. CLZS, RDC, ZM, RAM & KM, for exceptional contribution in the field of Education.
• CSR Health Impact Award by Integrated Health & Wellbeing Council for our exceptional response towards the mitigation of COVID pandemic.
• Identified as ‘Responsible business of the Year’ for exemplary work in Community Development & awarded with Grant Thornton SABERA Award 2020.

2019-20

• Football Delhi Awards for Best Grassroot Football Project of the year
• ASSOCHAM Award for Sakhi Project under Best Women’s Empowerment Project category
• CSR Journal Excellence Awards to Samadhan & Sakhi Project
• CSR Health Impact Award for Khushi Project by IWH Council
• State Level Bhamashah Award to 5 Locations for Education Projects

2018-19

• Reached 9th Rank (from 20th rank last year) in CSR & Sustainability ratings done by IIM – Udaipur.
• Commendation for Significant Achievement Award in Corporate Social Responsibility by CII-ITC Sustainability Awards.
• Hindustan Zinc won CMRU-India CSR award in the category of ‘Best CSR Collective Action-Leadership’.
• “Khushi Anganwadi Program” was awarded with “Skoch Order of Merit” by Skoch CSR Awards.
• Rajpura Dariba Complex awarded Responsible Business Award in “Best CSR Practices” category at World CSR Day.
• HZL’s moved to 7th rank in DJSI (Dow Jones Sustainability Index) Social Section ratings, against 14th rank of last year.
